The staff where very nice. The hall rugs need to be replaced . The room was very clean, but very plain and a bit outdated. Not enough towels, pen, paper
The pullout couch Needs to be replaced very uncomfortable.

The room was comfortable and well supplied. My only complaint was the pool which had a brown scum around the edges. Yuch

The room was nice and relaxing with separate area to sit by the fire. Was disappointed in the available restaurant for dinner but enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant in the resort.
