Here is an open a completely review. This was an unexpected treasure. Based on reviews, I was expecting a mediocre at best room and cranky employees, however, everything was great! The room was spotless! The floors didn’t leave the bottom of my feet black like every other hotel room. The linens were white, crisp and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and a nice little oasis. The only thing that I could complain at all about, was the water pressure was a bit lacking, seriously that is it!! The employees greeted us every time was passed them by. Some would even compliment my daily attire. They always smiled and spoke with genuine kindness. I had to occasion to witness more than one customer complaint, all of which were trivial, and the managers met them with grace and dignity. Having a kitchen, with a full size fridge, cooktop, microwave and sink was money saving. We were able to make our own meals and avoid the expense of restaurant food. The customer service at the hotel even gave us dishes to use. They had a laundry room with 4 washers and 8 dryers. All took debit cards. From check-in to check-out it was great! We will be back.

Everything was great except they take 100 dollar deposit from you and you don't get it back for 7 days i was really depending on getting that back when i checked out but the room was awesome

I like the hotel but it didn’t have a pool not really a breakfast place but everything else was Good

It took 30 minutes to check-in because rooms were not clean due to not having housekeeping people. We arrived around 7:40 P.M. We had to take a smaller room.

The sheets were full of stains and the complimentary breakfast wasn't restocked regularly. I had to switch rooms because it stinked like a urinal.

For my whole stay they were not able to.provide a room key. Had to seek out employee whenever i wanted to get in my room.
