The people here are absolutely awesome. The bathroom door wouldn't close and lock, the latch didn't line up for the door so locked or not it would open and I didn't like that, only issue I had, everything else was beautiful to me. Very nice and pleasant with beach right off the balcony, just beautiful and the people made me feel like I was home, very nice, thank you

No pool towels. No pool attendant so outside people not staying hotel overran pool. My children had to have me hold them in the deep end because large parties were rude and played football and almost hit us 3x because they took up the entire shallow end. No one came to kick them out. One elevator broken so had to wait 10-15 min to use elevator. No sheets on pullout. Called and was hung up on 4x. Then told they’d bring them. 10pm still hadn’t brought them. I had to go wait in line to get them myself. Shower broken. Told my 80 year old parent could bathe or wait until tomorrow to shower. So much to say. Just awful!

The view of the room was amazing but the balcony door was nos open either closing properly and the restroom conditions weren’t the best either but overall the full experience pool and beach was cool.

I had to cancel my reservation I never show up at the facility and they still charge me and when I called them they refuse to return my money

Fresh new “facelift” new beds and carpet. Super comfortable and amazing location. We loved the pool after the day at the ocean.
