A wonderful find in the lovely city of Orleans. Centrally located for easy walking to the city centre yet quiet and peaceful. A lovely room a a great breakfast included.

Great breakfast, room was clean and bed was comfortable. I recommend and would stay here again.

I would say that what makes this property unique is Albert the owner and host. He is smart, friendly and he has very good taste! There is a personal tasteful touch throughout the property. And he makes amazing scrambled eggs!

Lovely place, look forward to returning

We had a lovely breakfast and heard from the other guests that its worth pre-booking for an evening meal - we'll come back and stay again and remember to do that!

A Little Palace
Posted 8 Feb 2023 on HotelsWe had such a restful stay in this lovely, thoughtfully appointed chambre d'hôtes. The room is spacious, quiet, immaculate, and well furnished. It was an easy walk to the center of town and excellent restaurants and other services. Our host was kind and solicitous. Breakfast was fantastic: homemade and artisanal breads and pastries; homemade jam and yogurt; delicious local honey and cheeses; wonderful hot chocolate. We give Villa Dunois our highest recommendation and would gladly return.

Expedia did not include the information that a dinner reservation was required no later than morning of arrival if wishing to dine in.
Owner was very helpful and friendly.
