"My experience with Hotels.com customer service was very disappointing. I spent about an hour on the phone with them, and unfortunately, they were not professional or helpful in resolving my concerns and I will never use Hotels.com again."

"Loveeee them BOOK them .. I’ve stay with them for 3 days i loved them soo much I booked with them for two more days lol they are VERY clean the room is beautiful and they are in a very convenient location where all the restaurants and attractions are me and my kids are having a blast the staff.. oh the staff at the desk are AWESOME the rooms are beautiful "

"I would absolutely not ever go to this hotel again. Firstly it is spring break cheerleading competition weekend there are family come from all parts of the U.S. we go to the pool that is cold not heated with no Jacuzzi but we didn't care because the kids wanted to have fun, well at 930 we get noise complaint we're being to loud. No one was yelling or screaming , secondly pool is open it's spring break in Saturday. the rooms are terrible , no blankets or towels than get attitude when I ask for some . The maintenance guy was trying to poke his head in our room when bringing the towels up. Giving me attitude while asking where are blankets he says I never asked for them when I did because I also questioned about a cot . But w.e. brings back sheets not blankets . Free breakfast is not free , read the small print you must pay for adult. Yeah I'm not happy with the stay, the staff was extremely rude and made you feel super uncomfortable while you were there. I won't be going back I'll pay the few extra dollars to not deal with this crap"

"Overall, it was a good experience: the location is convenient, everything is close by, and there is plenty to do for kids and adults without ever having to leave the resort. Our room was clean, spacious, furnished with quality furniture and crisp white linens—however, there was a distinct, peculiar odor. All of our belongings smelled of mildew and dampness."

"We arrived 1st day, kids were exited about the pool, 30 mins later some kid trew-up we the closed de pool. So we have to leave. Next day we wen to the Disney. All day long we came back room was not clean, no clean towels eather. Plus people on the room above had kids running and junping. Aroun 12:20 am could't even sleep."
