"Helpful staff and check in. There was renovation on the 32nd floor so very noisy during the afternoons. Have stayed several times, but first time to see black mold in the shower, where the tile meets the bathtub. Two spots I photographed, and let Guest services know before checking out. Good proximity to Fashion Show Mall and other venues. I will return."
