Well let me tell you what I didn't like. No free breakfast. No shuttle bus and they should have benches for waiting in front of lobby for ride to take us to our room.

Shipwreck waterpark not included with booking. Didn't find out til we got there. But besides that we enjoyed ourselves.

Seems like a nice place to stay however they should warn future travelers about the $25 fee per person for the waterpark! I recommend paying it but knowing ahead of time is always a plus!

Had to switch rooms & building and still end up in a room with dirty sheets spilled juice on sheets

We love to stay in westgate, it’s near shopping center and can cook own food in the room like our own home with all kitchen appliances ready. So much fun with lots of activities and water parks and hot spa , pool … and more. We enjoyed our four nights spent there. It’s a good place for family gatherings and enjoying. Highly recommended for everyone who plan a family trip soon. Thanks westgate resort !
