The hotel is nice , pool is nice and big , very big hotel , and service is great, one thing is the blankets in the room it’s kind dirty ! The blanket need to be update ! We had a nice stay here .. thanks

4/28/24 READ BEFORE BOOKING.Will not be returning. We had to wait 15-20 minutes MULTIPLE TIMES just for an elevator to open up. We took the stairs many MANY times also your blankets are GARBAGE who wants a blanket so thin you can see through? They legitimately have HOLES, they’re thin woven blankets that have holes. I froze all night long even with 2 blankets sweatpants and furry socks. Also why do you have to go through so many gates and scan your card so many times???? Once to get into the parking lot is fine but we were having to scan 5-10 times per time just to get in and out. Also this is the LOUDEST hotel I’ve ever been in. I could legitimately hear every time our neighbor showered, brushed his teeth, flushed the toilet, when the maids were vacuuming, children screaming and running up and down the hallways all night. People trying to OPEN OUR DOOR. Not to mention what sounded like firecrackers going off every hour all night long. I woke up probably 10 times per night from the noise. Also the breakfast in the morning smells like rotten fish I was gagging at the smell. There’s many things on the website that say “free breakfast” you have to pay for all the food from the cafeteria. You get into IOA early for staying on property at 8 but only 2 rides are open. You’re only allowed in one section of the park and when the other sections open the rides dont until 11:30. We wandered around for hours, what’s the point of getting there early if nothings fully open until 12pm?

Served its purpose. Budget but clean and staff worked promptly to answer phones, clean and bring towels. Shuttles were prompt and orderly considering the amount of people on lines. No complaints.

We had a few cockroaches in our room, one of which I was able to get on video. It touched several of our food/drink items we had brought back. Staff was excellent overall.
