I have stayed here two times before. The rooms and hallways were cleaner then. The Valencia restaurant needs updating. They had more of a variety on the menu and the no longer offer the weekend special buffet. Due to all the construction on the road to get there traffic was horrible. The water park and the pools are great, but I think I may stay somewhere else next time.

Great place for families and kids! Never felt too crowded. The units are huge! BUT, the layout of the resort couldn't be more confusing, and the map isn't helpful. Everyone complained about being lost all the time. They also claim to have 3 restaurants, but one is a poolside grill, and the other two share a menu, kitchen and bar. They're literally the same restaurant, with indoor or outdoor seating. We got sick of the food choices after 3 days. 40 min drive from the airport, but just about 15 min to Disney. This was worth it for the kiddos. Different size water slides, several pools, an arcade and small mini golf. Paddle boating and fishing options too. Plenty to do.

This is a great place to stay with a large family. The grounds are beautiful and the front end staff is awesome. ONLY COMPLAINT I have is there is a major disconnect between the front desk and house keeping. We were given our key and went to our room, walked in and the cleaner was just beginning. The cleaner then took 2 hours. We were given 4 large towels for 8 guests. No face clothes or handtowels. The pull out sofa bed linens are not supplied and are available on request. At 10pm I found this out. It took 1.5 hours for housekeeping to get me sheets and blankets, they were out of pillows. The front desk was very apologetic for the house keeping and made sure we got a set of towels for each person registered to the room. This would not stop me from staying here again, just be proactive that it doesnt happen again.

Very nice, fairly secluded property. It is about 6 miles from Disney properties further to the south west in a newly built up area with alot of shopping, restaurants, and fun activities. The on property water park is alot of fun. Recommend asking them for bldg 3, because the water park is right out the back door of 3. The only thing is that the name is deceiving. It is 40 minutes away from Orlando. It is actually in Winter Park FL. The traffic to go to the International Drive area of Orlando is TERRIBLE.

I'm still waiting to get my money back on my credit card, i was also charged for a towel, that i called them about to let them know, i only received 5 towels not 6, so i couldn't return six. If i do not receive my hold fee, I'm contacting my brother in law the attorney. When i went to check out at 2:45 a.m. the systems were down and the security guard, not a guest representative said they will email me in the morning. I cannot get through on the phone. Can anyone help me? Please

Property was nice, spacious and clean. Restaurants are a little pricey, but other than that my family enjoyed their stay. My children had fun in the water park and arcade. We will be returning soon!
