Summer bay was great although the furniture was a little dated and it had a funny smell the entire stay. My children enjoyed themselves.

Deposit and Resort Fee are high and I think unreasonable. Place needs an update for sure but for the price was ok. Would not travel there again.

The room I purchased was not what I received. I received a completely different room that didn’t work for my family. This is unacceptable without customer pre review.

I booked the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The apartment was impeccable. Super great value for the price. It was clean and kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. Numerous pools plus spa was plus. Which we had more time to truly enjoy all the amenities

The day we got there the pool by us was closed, the pool at the bar was closed. The bar did not come take our order we had to go to the bar to place our order and pick up drinks. I did not like the location, when i tried to relocate they told Expedia they would not refund us and let us switch cause they claimed the pools were open. Which clearly they were not. This dish washer did not work correctly in our villa. The water in the showers were way to hot even turned on when on cold. I was not happy at all. I would NOT recommend this resort to anyone. They lied just to get out of letting me move out there resort. There is so much more. I will NEVER be going back again.

We know that no one wants to deal with such interruptions on their vacation, and we are diligently working to make sure that every trip is as seamless for our owners, members, and guests as we can possibly make it. While it is correct that the pool was closed for several hours due to a guest having an accident in the pool, the safety of our guest come first and there is a state procedure that needs to be followed as I will say that our guest safety comes first and foremost. We really do apologize for the negative experience and do wish you would provide us another opportunity in the future.
