This was my first time booking with Sonder and i can safely say I will book again in the future. The check in process was easy and very smooth. The room is exaclty as pictured online. The hallways smell very warm and clean. There were no noise issues and the facilities were well kept. The one thing I wish was available was a place for laundry. Outside of that, i thoroughly loved staying at Sonder at the Pointe Orlando.

Room smelled like mildew due to no ventilation in the rooms. A/c was running daily and the smell persisted.
