The property was nice and clean, the pools were nice and clean. The only dislike I have is when it’s time for housekeeping to come, they come once a week. When housekeeping came I was showering so they couldn’t get in due to lock on door. Normally housekeeping will come back to see if someone is there so they can clean and they didn’t. When I call for housekeeping to comeback to tighten up they said I will have to pay a fee. I don’t understood why I have to pay when they was supposed to do there job.

Tried to charge me double on top of Expedia pricing as they “can’t find” the payment receipt while they do see the order. Needed to pay twice and complain to management to get back the stealing attempt

Great property and resort that has it all! Great 2 bedroom units for a family of 4. Staff does their best to accommodate.
