This is our 2nd time staying here. Our suite in building 14 was beautiful and was spotless clean. The only complaint i have is the annoying timeshare "lizards" that you are forced to encounter at check-in. I was prepared for them this time and i told them to save their breath became i was not interested, and to just give me my parking pass. After some heated words and arguments back from the lizards, i went back across the lobby to check-in and got my parking pass there, which i should have been able to get there in the first place. Bottom line here is that no one should be forced to have to deal with those bottom feeders who as i told the desk clerk , are lower than an alligator's belly. In fact comparing them to an alligator is an insult to the poor alligators.

Check in was delayed by over an hour and we were forced to get our granddaughter ready for Nationals (cheer competition) in the bathroom by the pool.
It was very frustrating and stressful.
They did let us check out later than the normal time (10am) for day 2 of the competition, that was helpful and appreciated.
Overall the place is Beautiful and the BEDS…. Well let’s just say this…. SUPER COMFORTABLE AND QUALITY BEDDING! After long days we absolutely collapsed into the comfort and slept great!
I’d stay here again but maybe just not under those circumstances.

Rooms are great a location is excellent only issue. We had check-in supposed to be 4 o’clock but rooms weren’t available till six because they had no inspectors..

I have nothing bad to say about this property. If you are considering it you might as well go ahead and book. The property is very spacious with different amenities spread out, literally there is something fo everyone in your family to enjoy. The rooms were also very clean and space with everything you would need to cook and serve a full meal.
