Dirty, and the wi-fi was terrible

The property did not have staff available to clean up rooms. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm, but unable to do.
There were a few people waiting in the lobby for several hours for a room and few cancelled their reservation including myself.

We booked 3 rooms for 5/4 to 5/5. This hotel use to be nice 10 plus years ago. It is so ran down now. No updates to the rooms, rooms were dirty, saw a lot of roaches, dead and alive to where my daughter and her friend did not sleep at all. The bathroom in one the rooms had tape around the hose of the toilet .I have pictures to prove everything.

Near Old town, which is why I stayed there. Pool area was good, rooms were very unclean and outdated.

Roaches, lights didn’t work, big deposit I was unaware. Good points air was great water temp/pressure great, they accepted being a few minutes late as we were unaware of the 10 am checkout….?? Which is another bummer! The lace is really really old….. and repaired a lot…. You can tell ever place it’s been repaired…..

THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A CAFETERIA LIKE THEY SAY. THE ROOM THAT I HAD IT SMELL AND IT HAD SOME MOLE. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE IN CONSIDERATION A FULL RENOVATION TO THE ROOMS. THE FRIGE DID NOT WORK WELL, THE LAMPS IN THE ROOMS DID NOT WORK AND THE RUG WAS VERY DIRTY AND IT SMELL.

The place needs to be condemned just can’t believe how nasty the place is if I was Expedia I would never recommend it for nobody. I wouldn’t even put it on my website atomic be should be condemned.

This was disgusting- the staff was just as bad. Bugs, broken toilet, the lamps didn’t work. It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever been to.
