I found stuff in my room left by the people staying before me. That is not a proper housekeeping job.

My soon to be fiancè and I absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are very friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are clean, the maids made our room very nice while we were gone for the day at Universal Studios. The pools and hot tubs are perfect. Some nights it was hard to find a parking spot close to the entrance but other than that I will definitely be staying here again!!

Great place to stay. Food at the restaurants were great, and it wasn’t that bad of pricing. Also, this hotel is right down the road from universal!!

I recently enjoyed a delightful staycation at Rosen Shingle Creek with a few of my girlfriends and furry companion. The property's fantastic restaurants, serene spa, and exceptional dog-friendly amenities made our experience truly memorable. With everything available onsite, there's no need to venture elsewhere. From check-in to check-out, every aspect exceeded my expectations. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next staycation at Rosen Shingle Creek!

Overall it was a beautiful property with fantastic staff. The bathroom could use some updates, tub was a little worn and basic showerhead, expected a little more in this type of resort. I find having to pay for parking when I'm paying to stay there a little off putting also.
