I didn’t get a room upgrade, the AC didnt work, and there was no TV remote.

Still my favourite hotel as it’s close to many things a bus service to universal rooms are usually clean an staff usually are friendly but didn’t find the staff as friendly this time an had 3 different times of housekeeping just walking in our room when the sign was on the door ( it was 9 am ) Room was clean well the first half of our stay but deteriorated after that . The token machine for laundry was broken was told they didn’t know when someone would come to fix it that we could go to the hotel next store( which was not really next door )
