Staff was friendly and helpful! Great customer service. Rooms clean and comfortable but could use some updating. Overall recommend.

I would come back again and it’s in front of a lot of stores and near Old Town that’s what I like.

During the length of my stay, I had to keep calling the front desk because we had no hot water. Someone from maintenance was sent to the room every day after long days at the Disney parks. This was a huge inconvenience because we had to wait to shower. Also, someone purposely kept setting off the fire alarm (about 2 hours) again at night after a long day at the park and waiting to shower. It was a really bad experience.

The staff is great. They are friendly and cooperative. The walls are very thin and the units could be updated.

Running hot water not available after 1 pm every day we have to call but most of time staff would sorry and nothing is done
