We really liked this place for its convenience to everything lots of shopping and things to do in the area. The rooms could use some updating. They still have carpet which looks old, but look clean. Our fridge the door didn’t close properly so it was all iced up inside. Dust in the corners, but bed and towels clean. had a lot of choices for the included breakfast each morning. Waffles with the little waffle machine was very good and cereal and oatmeal, eggs, sausages, toast, etc. Pool was very nice, lots of loungers and tables to sit at . All in all for the money you can’t go wrong, if you want to go to Florida and save a little money. I would go back :)

It was disgusting. Upon arrival, the lobby was dirty, torn chairs, dirty carpets and very poor customer service, when asked why it was so hot in the lobby, they replied that they had no idea. There was no ice in any of the machines. The room looked like a crime scene, there was a stain behind the chair that looked like it could be any bodily fluid. One of the beds was broken with a hole in the middle. The mat in the bathroom was dirty and the tub clogged. Very poor lighting, 2 lightbulbs out. A lot of loud music right outside our door in room 105. Overall disgusting, I guess u get what u pay for, nevertheless; this place should be condemned.

The property it is good for sleeping not to much noises, in a very good ubication for restaurants, shopping and theme parks. One bad thing is the maintenance of the property it is poor the elevators are terrible and during our stay the closest elevator to our room was out of service. The food is not to bad, but always the same type.

Nothing fancy, but clean, practical, easy to reach and on a smaller budget definitely good value.

Had issues with the key and front door. Had to come to the lobby multiple times to fix the issue.
