We checked in and went back to Disney, so it was after 10pm that we were back in our room and turned on the TV and found out it was not getting any signal. I called the front desk, and a maintenance worker came right away, but was unable to fix it. He then found out the rooms available near us, and made sure the TV worked in them before we switched rooms. That is good customer service!

Very kids friendly and very quiet. I would love a to see a big playground for kids and a big gym. In general was everything very good

Property is accordingly on what you pay for, but it can be more cleaner, room floor was dirty all around even after housekeeping went. Type of AC makes a lot of noise which on the bright side helps a little to attenuate outside noise, since it’s a “Motel” style hotel, people outside forget that they’re at a Hotel and talks and make a lot of noise while the premises of the Hotel, so you can hear their conversations, music on their cars etc. even you can hear housekeepers chitchatting early morning. Water smells weird. Overall it was as expected for what I paid besides some things that can be improved. Staff was always great and never had any technical issues with appliances. Was there for about 2 weeks.

The rooms are clean, have a lot of space, a closet and a complete set of dishes. The area have a lot of restaurants around. The pool is heated. Great service and housekeeping.
