Loved having an in suite washer/dryer. Very nice pool area and it’s pin had excellent food

Beautiful place to stay. Only issue was parking for building 1 waa limited. We had the 3 bed 2 bathroom room. It was perfect. Our view of fireworks was great. Maybe time to get newer furniture, but other than that i would recommend this resort.

The pictures in the website are way better than the actual condition of these condo units. We couldn’t even sit on the couch it was so dirty. Literally stains everywhere you could visually see. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t work…we literally had to lift the door up onto the track and physically move it to get outside. The keys to the actual door to get in the room wouldn’t work either….even after 3 attempts at new keys. They also give you paper card holders that I’m pretty sure have been used 20 times at least before us. Things were falling apart in the kitchen. The ceiling was leaking constant water out of a light fixture and into the jetted tub so we couldn’t even use that. We called to have it fixed. It stopped leaking temporarily. When we came back to the room the next day it was leaking again. The dryer took hours to dry a load of clothes. The free shuttle only has a handful of times you can take in an entire day so we ended up Ubering everywhere. The pub downstairs had decent food but it was incredibly dirty as well. The tables were so sticky you didn’t want to touch it. I would never stay here again but you get what you pay for. All in all, it is dated back to its original builds and could use a complete remodel. I’m glad we were out most of the day and only spent our nights in this hotel.

Clean, pleasant, quiet good for families. Everyone was helpful. Would stay there again. It was great for us because we had family visiting from germany . Had a lot of family time just like we would be home. Only thing was the ship in the pool should have a slide for smaller kids .overall a great place to stay ...

Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa is an incredible place to stay, whether you're looking for a fun-filled family vacation or a relaxing retreat. The resort has a wide range of amenities, from a beautiful pool to a relaxing spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back!

Night manager/woman is rude. The room keys fry very easily so you will be replacing them often. Do not put them next to your cell phone or car keys or you’ll be stuck having to run over to the main lobby over and over again to get in your room.
