Very clean,friendly,beautifully done, If I have to so say something needs Improvement you could make getting ice easier to find and access. You could put a microwave in the rooms to heat our coffee up. Other than that it’s perfect.

Front desk was incredibly helpful with letting us check in early! We missed a flight and ended up stuck at the airport so it was nice to be able to relax after a stressful time. Dining options were very good and service was great!

Booked a room for two double beds months earlier, arrive and I'm told that they gave them away because I didn't tell them that my plane would land late. Mekes no sense to me. I made the reservation months in advance.
They did return a Fitbit my son left behind, so that was stellar. A great spot for an overnight stay, very expensive, usually worth the price except for this time when they gave away my room.

So convenient for flying out of MCO! Also loved the balcony for fresh air and a ceiling fan in the room!! Definitely worth the money

Convenient, comfortable, clean!!! Just an amazing experience from check in to check out. You would never know you are in an airport . Room service was efficient. The food from the restaurant was delicious and surprisingly affordable. Zero complaints:)
