The only thing to like is that it is somewhat secluded and quiet. It is unsafe, uncomfortable, and outdated. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. We had to pay for the whole stay since day 1. The hotel is very old with light switches that don't work and lamps without lightbulbs. It has a look from the 50s and the furniture and decor definitely looks like it has been there since the beginning. That is not the biggest issue though. We had a bag of Disney T-shirts stolen from our room! and when we tried to call management, we were given the run around and were told by the front desk that she is the manager and then told us that the manager will look into the videos and never heard back from them. After expedia called them, I was able to talk to the manager the next day and he promised me that he will check the videos and call back at most by next day. Now, three days later, I did not get a phone call from the manager and when I called back, I was told again by the front desk that she is the manager and that the manager who can see the videos did not find anything. I am positive we left the bag of shirts in the room and that we did not find it when we came back. Even if I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, the way they handled the whole issue was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Beware, its not worth your money to stay there to begin with and once you add that its unsafe, its not worth the risk!

Bathroom was filthy. I could have made a wig out of all the pubic hairs that were in the tub, toilet and bathroom floor

Wow! Absolutely the worst!
Posted 29 Mar 2022 on HotelsLoud, unruly patrons stomping around at all hours of the night and a large bus offloading and slamming doors and leaving the motor running for over 45 min at 2:00 am... There were cockroaches scurrying around in the bathroom and under the bed... This was one of the worst hotel experiences that my wife and I have had on our 2 month long journey!

Nice pool, no fridge or microwave inroom. Put us way in the order by the not so nice area. Check in was bad.

Limited staff available. Room was a bit dingy/run-down but not a bad last minute option to stay in. Toilet would not flush.
