The hotel should have breakfast added to the hotel fee as other Holiday Inns do.

Well located with everything needed nearby. It is a new property so everything is nice. I hope they keep it this tight after more use.

Property is very conveniently located and they were excellent to my niece who has medical disabilities.

This hotel was amazing, especially for the price. The rooms were large, everything was super clean, the outdoor area/pool is really nice and secluded (unlike the other hotels nearby which you can see into as you walk around). There is also a ton of outdoor seating. The breakfast is amazing - if you add the breakfast option through Expedia you get coupons to order anything off of their menu. And it’s delicious and a LOT of food. There’s infused water and coffee in the lobby, a theme park shuttle (which we didn’t use so I can’t comment), a fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the room, and TONS of restaurants & shopping within walking distance. But the standout for me was the staff. They were all so kind. Special shoutouts to Karma at the front desk, and Alison who served us breakfast. Such lovely ladies and made everything extra special. Don’t hesitate to stay here - I’m pretty picky about hotels but will definitely be back.

Front desk staff on Saturday April 20 at around 7pm was rude, the employee didn’t even try to pronounce my name. I don’t think I have a difficult name, but if someone doesn’t know how to say something they’ll usually ask. You don’t say “I’m not even going to try and pronounce that” both of them seemed too involved in their conversations and were giving my friend who booked another room a hard time. I’m glad I only stayed one night, Margarita the lobby housekeeper in the morning is the best and totally made our morning. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the staff.
