Handicap parking was excellent and parking attendant was helpful with our baggage.
The staff at the hotel were helpful and we were happy with our room.

Second time we stayed here when going to Disney. So close to Disney Sorings, shuttle to and from Disney parks. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room was great, pool was great!

We apologize you feel you did not get the room that you requested. In looking at your reservation you booked a standard room and we upgraded you to a pool view room with two queen beds.

Online, it indicated that you had a restaurant in the hotel and it was actually a very limited menu that you got from the bar, not an actual restaurant where you could order dinner. Also, you had a breakfast bar for $24.99, but you couldn't just order toast or a bagel. We didn't want that much to eat before leaving on the shuttle bus for the park. The staff was very friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable. We ended up ordering a pizza from an outside source for dinner one night. Free shuttle to the parks was a plus.
