This place was gross and nothing like the pics posted online. Its out dated and needs alot of fixing. I held my breath walking thru halls cuz it smelled awful. There were no towels because noone washed them. I didnt see any housekeepers. The hallway floor had spills that sat there all weekend, not cleaned up. I didn’t even wanna shower. The shower curtain was fabric and it was all stained. The last night I refused to sleep there so I stood out all night just not to go back. I only went back to turn in my key. I didn’t use the pool because I didn’t trust and I didn’t eat the free breakfast in the morning because I didn’t trust it. I was so Disappointed because the pictures online made it look so nice. It was supposed to be Mother’s Day for me. Just awful.

The reason for my 1 star rating. I was told at check in they do not allow people who live in the Orange County to stay in the hotel but since I made the reservation online they would honor it. I was offended the check in person even saying to me “Not here for trouble” like how the nerve of someone who I had trouble understanding due to a language barrier tell me as a resident of the city I can’t patronize that business. Resorts are better. It was not listed on the website or check in reminder so. NEVER

Shortage on wash clothes sheets not the cleanness bathroom doors need to painted, need to be cleaned up

The pool was great but staff was rude breakfast wasn’t good at all no napkins butter etc room was clean and ok
