Wonderful hotel. Could be cleaner but a kids hotel so understandable. Parking full when later but security is good to help with that.

Our room smelled clean but there was an old sock in the room and the phones were not working. The food for breakfast was good. I’m not sure I’d stay there again.

There was a really gross-dirty towel hanging over our shower curtain when we checked in. There was only 3 clean towels for 5 people. We went down to the front desk to request more clean towels to accommodate everyone which was delivered to the room. However, what was sent wasn’t enough towels or what we asked for. We had to go twice to the front desk. Disappointed in the quality for the amount of money we spent.

We didn't get the room that i reserved,was put in a smaller room outside by pool
