This property has a lot of rooms, so at the breakfast time is crazy. Unfortunately the room I had assigned was so far from the lobby, like 2 minutes walking.

My room’s carpet was very old and dirty. Bedding was great. Love the breakfast and evening snack. Overall good experience.

it was a beautiful hotel with lots to do. The breakfast every morning was amazing. I absolutely love the omelettes. The pool was clean and fun. Every child there was having a great time. The staff was so hands on and friendly. I would definitely be back.

Great property overall. Super convenient to shopping and restaurants even with orlando traffic most places took 10 minutes or less. Didnt go for the theme parks so not sure of drive time but hotel does offer shuttle service. My only gripes were 1. The drain in the shower didnt work properly so each shower was like being in the river. 2. The toilet took forever to flush almost as if there was not enough suction but still did the job. 3. The hot tub jets were not working properly so basically was like sitting in a hot tub soup of people. Other than that would stay again just bases on location and the amenities they offer.
