I loved staying there. My only downs were paying for parking and those hidden fees Im still trying to figure out!

I do water damage restoration, I repeat do not stay at this hotel. You will smell like mildew, your clothes will smell like mildew. They just spray odor eliminator and reassign your room but the hotel entirely smells like a wet towel. Management is incompetent and can only apologize. They reassigned my room AND GAVE ME A ROOM WITH PEOPLE IN IT! I HAD TO GO BACK DOWN AGAIN AND GET A 3rd room. Room was never cleaned or beds made, only received towels. Unacceptable will never stay there again.

My recent stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort was highly disappointing. Despite the resort's 4-star rating, the experience fell short of expectations. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed, and our room was dirty with a foul odor. The bathroom lacked ventilation, posing a health risk, and exposed staples and nails in the carpet caused injuries to my child. Mold, broken fixtures, and a pervasive smell further contributed to the dissatisfaction. Bed bugs caused allergic reactions, and the staff, including Ms. Martina, were unhelpful. Additionally, inadequate soundproofing led to disturbances from neighboring rooms, impacting our rest. I caution future travelers to consider other options before booking this resort.

Chose this property because we are Hilton Honors Members and I wanted something that was: Close to Disney, offered a shuttle, had a mini fridge and microwave, pool and splash area, and breakfast included. It checked all of those boxes. However the microwave didnt work, the cleanliness of the resort was subpar, the hot tub stopped working and was never fixed. Our AC broke but was quickly fixed. The sink and tub were clogged and drained incredibly slow and the daily cleaning services was like something I never experienced. They would empty 2 of the 3 garbages and then literally do nothing else. No new towels, no toilet paper refilled, beds not changed or made. When we very specifically asked for these things to be done we came back to our room after a long day at the parks and literally not one thing was done. I have never experienced the cleaning services to not only half ass but completely just not do a thing. So overall did it check everything I wanted in a hotel yes but will I ever stay there again absolutely not.

I stayed here in 2013 and loved it so decided to give it another shot. The manager was awesome, give us our room early than check in time. The room was okay but I do not believe time is spent of proper cleaning, the beds were not made up, I called down twice for housekeeping to replenish empty body lotion, no response, had to physically go down to front desk. No fresh towels, replacement of coffee cups. Was really disappointed in this aspect.
