This hotel does the job if you are staying for one night but I wouldn't stay more than that. The hotel building is outdated, bathrooms are old, and the toilet barley functions. The staff was nice enough and the breakfast buffet was alright, nothing exceptional.

I just want to give a shout out to Alejandra, at the front desk! The moment I walked in, she had a smile on her face. I was a little bit early for check-in. I wasn’t feeling well and was a bit jetlagged. She made sure that I got checked in right away so I could rest. I was at the property for three nights, each time I came down to the front desk, and Alejandro was working, she had a smile on her face, with a great positive attitude. She made my stay even better!

Love this hotel. We try to book it whenever we go to Orlando, which is usually once a year. Very convenient location. Breakfast buffet is great and has so many options. Several game options to keep little ones busy.

The property is well maintained. The room are slightly outdated but overall functional. The only downfall is there is no other transportation to get there from the airport other than lyft or uber. They have a shuttle but don't allow it to drop you off anywhere else except SeaWorld.

The property was very beautiful, clean and peaceful. The downside was the breakfast buffet was almost empty when we arrived. The staff was bringing things out but several dishes were still empty.

This was a romantic getaway, and the room at the tower had a spectacular view. This was a beautiful room, and the staff went out of their way to make the purpose of this stay great. A great thanks to Marisa Ramos (Svc Mngr) for making this stay a memorable one. It was so great that we decided to stay an extra night.
