Our toilet leaked in our bathroom & into our sleeping room. We finally got a new room after we were there for 3 days. Hot tub was broken. Was hot but no bubbles. We had a lizard in our room. A lot of extra fees added to bill. Probably will not stay there again.

Checked into hotel after a long travel day to be told the hotel over booked and no room was available. Were moved to another property with a full size bed and sofa bed for 4 adults when the original booking was for 2 queen beds.

I didn’t like that I had no iron the towels was dirty and the sockets to plug my phones didn’t work only one

room floor was dirty. Bathtub curtain, dirty and small. Ice machine was terrible!! completely dirty with mold all over. Floor was completely wet. Definitely will never dyay there again. With what I was charge I expected a little more.
