The maid left the AC at 60 degrees, so like an ice box, though largely empty they gave me a room facing the Florida turnpike, super loud truck noise, roaches, toilet seat held on by one bolt, had to fix the drapes by standing on a chair if you wanted them to close since both ends were off the track, maybe someone from management should visit their rooms sometime and see what guests see

everything was dirty and had a bad smell and many things were broken I don't recommend it

The room was very dark, the lights were not enough strong to light the place. The bathtub horrible! The restroom smells even worse

We arrived to check in on the date booked and the place was empty. No employees were there to check us in. WE had to walk across the street to find another Hotel to stay in for the night and pay double the expense. We are now disputing the charge for this Hotel as we never had the chance to check in. Nobody should be treated this way. Stay away from this Hotel.

You never mentioned what time you came to check inn so that we can check what happen that time. In the night at 12am we close the Glassdor and guest has to ring the bell and we help from window.
