The pool was not heated. Then while we were staying there the fridge broke & we had to move properties. This caused a lot of stress and time spent away from my family while I had to deal with these issues! We had to change places we were staying. We were moved to a different location that was near a highway and extremly loud. We got very little rest and had to biy pur own toliet paper as they did not provide any extras.

Pool heat is an added cost. In this case we are in the process of replacing the pool heater. The fridge stopped working while you were here and I personally moved all of your food to the new place while you were away. We provide only a starter pack of toilet paper. You must supply after that. These situations are not typical though, our other reviews reflect that. Thank you though for taking the time to review your stay.

It was good but they should not advertise on the listing that there is a yard,garden & plunge pool those 3 things did not exist. Also they always ask to keep the A/C 75 or above & that is not cool enough. We kept waking up because it was too hot to sleep. Also we’ve never been asked to start 2 loads of laundry before leaving. I don’t want to think about doing laundry before leaving the house as it’s stressful enough to make sure you have everything & done everything before leaving the house sometimes in the middle of the night to get to the airport & through security. I thought that’s why we’re charged a cleaning fee. I’ve never been asked to do laundry before leaving.

We are happy to see that you enjoyed your stay with us. This is a private pool home, so it does have a pool. It also has a yard. We do ask that you start a load of laundry before you leave but it is NOT required. It just helps the cleaner to get the laundry done on time before the next guest arrival. We do hope you come back to see us again though. Thank you.

The house was very clean and we are difficult to impress. The couches are older and worn, but I wouldn’t expect better in a rental. All rooms were very clean, of which is critical for us.

nice home, clean. only negative lack of cleaning supplies available and no toilet paper. If you want guests to start laundry then you should provide soap for that.

We do supply only a starter pack of supplies which included one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini bar soaps in the bathrooms, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags. We do ask that you start the laundry IF you have the time. We will look into getting a starter supply of laundry soap too. Thank you for the feedback.

Property is in a good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and golfing.
there was roaches in the house and the bathroom drain was super slow. We paid for the heating on the pool and it was not even luke warm when we got there or even after couple days it was still kind of cold.

The pool was at 67 before we turned it on for you. When I went to turn it off it was reading 86. Although we did not find any roaches, we did have pest control come out to do a treatment just in case. Thank you.
