This is our second time renting through this company and we will surely be doing it again!!! Great communication and a very clean home filled with everything you need. It is always a home away from home to us.

We rented a standard 3 bedroom and it was sufficient space for a months stay. The house requires a deep clean and an upgrade on a lot of its amenities. The communication with property management was superb. Not able to see pictures of unit before arrival. That was a disappointment.

When you are in a house for a month in the tropics the house will get dusty with the AC . That is why we recommend a mid stay clean which you declined . 2nd time using this company. There is no way to know which property one is getting. The house itself looks nice from the start; deeper cleaning could/should be done.
POOL HEAT - at this location, if the outside temp drops below 50 at night, the pool water will not be heated. We had three of our nights there without heated pool water. If I understand it correctly, it’s because it’s a heat pump and not a gas heater. IF this is a have-to for you, be aware. It was a disappointment for us.

All homes are photographed prior to arrival on inspection the house was clean on your arrival. The Pool heaters are heat pumps they do not work under 58 f . You were advised of this to check the weather prior to your arrival with the pool heat . You booked allocation on arrival and you were upgraded to a 5 bedroom house with pool and spa. It is a issue with cold weather that the Pool heater will not work in extreme overnight weather. That is why we gave you a house with a spa in case the pool water was too cold for you. Posted 12 Oct 2021 on HotelsIt was ok house needs some up grades in furniture specially beds, and utensils. But overall it was good very spacious home kids enjoyed the games in the garage and quite neighborhood.

We liked the house but it did not match the photos when booking. There is no phone number in case of emergencies for house issues.

The pictures are example of homes you will be staying at. The office phone number is on guest book also you have our number with communication through Expedia.
