The property was very nice all ws good until ,,,,,,, sleeping time e couldn’t sleep cause of the heat in the house our first night we hen to lower the temperature and notice a sign not to lower the the temperature or any damage we will be charge but the next night we had no choice but to lower the temperature when we did it lasted around 15 minutes and back to 77 we did this four time every night i tell you that was the only thing i have to complain about this property which i think is very important to get a good night sleep so for me a thumbs down at lest the temperature should 70 degrees not 77 is to hot to sleep ☹️

We had a great stay at this property! The entire home was very clean. We arrived much later than expected and we were pleased to find the house was easy to find and easily accessible when we arrived. I would definitely book this property again.

If I can give this property a 0 stars I would. I don't like leaving reviews. But this is something that has to be said. This was my son's 16th birthday weekend. One of the main reasons I booked this property is because in the description it stated a game room. No game room, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I received emails about pool heating and to let management know 72 hours prior to arrival for that service. No Pool. Granted I didn't require a pool. But if I would have, that would have been a big disappointment. When we walked in, the downstairs bathroom had a dirty towel on the floor. Flies were everywhere. The blinds were broken. They wouldn't open. So I didn't mess with them the whole weekend. The walls in every room in the house are filthy. I'm not exaggerating. The chairs and the couches all have stains. One of the pillows in the closets I think has blood on it. The garage wouldn't open. The washer machine doesn't work. Some of the silverware was dirty with food still on them. I had to go and buy raid for the flies and nets. The stools are broken. So be careful. I reached out to management and Marko and Pedro did what they could and I appreciate their help. I do have pictures and videos. This is totally unacceptable. I would like a full refund. I do have pictures and videos to verify my statement. Please save your time and money. You can thank me later.

The carpet was horrible, I had my kids in this home and there socks was DIRTY right out the shower. Flys was everywhere, the customer service took forever to get in touch with. The couch was disgusting. Of course they wouldn’t give me any type of money back. Customer service was rude as well. Never booking with them again

The house was large and had a lot of room, the rugs were filthy and the walls were nasty in one room their was dried blood on the walls also some of the furniture was falling apart legs loose on chairs toilet paper rolls were coming away from the walls and so were some of towel holders. So glad I took videos before I got there and after
