The pillows was flat. There was a cockroach in our room. Reserved the jacuzzi room but when we got there is wasn’t available and there’s only one room with it in it. Oh and need new shower curtain

I will also forward your concern to the hotel General Manager to better improve the customer service provided to our guest. Do you inform front desk abaout the issue?. I also checked and the room type that was reserved wasa regular king bed. I apologize for any inconvenience.

The space was huge, possibly the largest bathroom I have had at a hotel. Great space and friendly staff.

Love the hotel customer service above and beyond. The only thing they need an update on the lobby. Breakfast is wonderful the pool it’s a little small but very clean hallways.
