Our first impression was a bit negative as the room didn’t have a chair or waste basket. Upon talking to the front desk a team from maintenance showed up and fixed all issues to our satisfaction. The customer service was outstanding in this case.

The dinning area where the breakfast was had roaches, sheets smelled like cigarettes and were dirty, fridge wasn’t working, hot water wasn’t working. Terrible stay will never stay here again!

We are very sorry to hear that despite our multiples efforts to make you happy, none of them worked out for you.Firstly, we would like to provide some clarification on your feedback, for future guest's references: - After you reported cleaning issues an immediate thorough inspection of your room was conducted, and no cleaning issues were found. However, in order to ensure your peace of mind, one of our managers personally revisited the room and supervised a complete re-cleaning to uphold our high standards of cleanliness.-We understand that encountering Palmetto bugs can be unsettling, especially during the Spring season in Florida. Please be assured that we take pest control very seriously, and upon your report, our pest control team was dispatched promptly to address the issue.-Furthermore, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fridge not working properly. As you are aware, our maintenance team was able to resolve this issue within minutes of it being reported. -Additionally, regarding the hot water, we have checked and confirmed that the hot water supply is fully functional. In some cases, it may take a little time for hot water to reach the taps, and we apologize for any confusion.If there is anything else we can do to make your future stays more pleasant, please do not hesitate to let us know. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more positive experience.

Hotel was clean and staff are AMAZING! My only complaints would be number 1 that I called before making our reservation to make sure that the hot tub was indeed working and was told that it was. I called again on our way to check in and again was told Yes it is working. A HOT TUB is a must for us as we go to parks open to close and need to be able to soak our bodies after all the walking (average of about 17 miles a day) When we arrived around 9pm we were upset to find that the HOT tub was ICE Cold. When bringing it to front desk’s attention I was told that they would have maintenance check it in the morning. We stayed 4 nights and never was able to use it. Only other thing was the bed closest to the window in our room (508) was broken and made terrible noises whenever you would sit or move around on it. Other than that everything was great. This was our 5th or 6th time staying at this location I just wish they could have offered some kind of reimbursement for the hot tub. Not asking for much but would have liked to have been given a discount for our inconvenience.
