They could do better with making guest feel welcomed

The slide area and attractions in that location was closed. My bigger children didn’t have as much fun as they usually do I wish I would have known so I could have changed dates for another day.

My biggest problem was the iron didnt work my bed should have been a king, looks like i had a full not even a queen

The staff at this property is extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. It is an awesome place to stay with kids. The waterpark is a hit with all ages and well supervised. The arcade is upscale and large. The kid friendly menus and theater are great. Our only issue was having to change rooms due to water damage in the room assigned, but staff was quick to respond.
