Stayed at this hotel for a few days. I arrived an hour or two earlier and was able to get a room straight away. I enjoyed the communication with the front desk via text. My room was cleaned throughout the entire stay which was great because you can never have enough of cleanliness. Also its a very walkable area which is a plus. Pool is available from 7am-6pm, the pool is on the smaller side but you can still get a swim and nice tan. Will definitely be returning.

Me and my sisters had so much fun staying here, it was clean and the staff was kind. It also had a lot around and universal was so close we could have walked :)

The staff was great, Margarita at checkin was super friendly and super nice , the room was great had a view of universal park, the pool was great , the food at the pool bar was great :-) the parking at night was a little bad , but it was ok :-)

Rooms were clean. They have a nice Indian/ Mediterranean restuarant in the lobby. We didnt get the chance to eat there, but did eat at the rooftop pool bar. First, the view was beautiful. Its a really
nice setup. The burger was very good and a good price as well. Had some hummus and pita as well. The pool closes at 6 but the bar stays open until midnight. Great happy hour prices at the bar. Rooms were comfy and clean. Every employee we spoke to was friendly and polite. I will stay here again in the future.
