Fast and easy check in and out. Late check in was free. Cleaning crew good. Walk to Disney spring 10 min max

This property was a surprise gem! I selected it for price and proximity to Disney Springs and I was PLEASANTLY surprised in its unique features and amenities.
I was disappointed that the pool was not open. I wish I would have known.

Every member from the Front Desk / Vallet / Manager and the Restaurant staff- top of the line. We stayed when the Hotel was going thru a construction phase, but everything there was clean and quiet at the time.
Easy to walk to Disney Springs and Uber to the Parks. The only negative comment - partnering with the Fablous Bus Service - had a bad experience due to the Driver going to a park which was not on the travels at that time. We asked the Driver where the Bus was going and he mentioned Magic Kingdom and Epcot, which we were going to Epcot for early hours. We started out and went to Animal Kingdom first and only dropped off 5 people. Bus was fully loaded for Magic and Epcot. Missed out on early hours. That’s when we went with Uber.
Again, Hotel was awesome.

Very nice hotel and service. Walking distance from disney spring and super close to all the parks.
