Had a double booking somehow and property would not reimburse the one room.

Uber doesn’t service the hotel

Dear Maureen, We thank you so much for sharing this top score review! You're right, Uber service doesn't work from the hotel at the moment. However, we have valid alternatives. Calling on reception, it is possible to contact a taxi, normally the wait is 10 minutes. Or, by previous reservation, we have private transfer services.

Stayed at The NH Orio as we had an early fly from Orio al Serio AirPort. We’ve been welcomed by Mattia at the reception that when above and beyond making ourselves comfortable. Very close to the airport and the shuttle service from 4am was just what we needed. We could walk as it’s about 10 to 15 mins walk, I wouldn’t suggest it with big luggage. The room and the hotel were spotless, especially the bathroom. Spacious and modern room we had more than we needed. We dined at their restaurant, as we didn’t want to go elsewhere, food and service were good I would say a bit overpriced compared to the quality, as you can walk 5 minutes and get to the Shopping centre and find cheaper places for the same quality, but no regrets as was the most convenient choice for us after a long drive. I would strongly recommend and definitely would stay there next time.

Disappointing for the price, room and bathroom pretty basic. Gym is very small and very hot. The hotel is very convenient for an early flight, 10 minute walk from the airport.

Check in was a bit off a faff, but staff seemed nice. Room very basic and not worth the price paid. They really need to do more cleaning in this place and along with this I didn’t appreciate the sheets and pillowcases having stains all over them. A shower over a bath is very old fashioned in this day and age. Floor was sticky, not sure why but I always wore shoes when walking on the floor. There was a muggy smell in the room, which wasn’t very nice. Internet stopped working on the last day and is very slow! Quite a long walk around to the airport, you don’t think there will be , but it was. £100 a night for this is daylight robbery!! Think Italy have a lower standard for what four star is. It’s okay for one night and that’s it!
