Don’t be fooled by the first picture, this is NOT the hotel. It is the castle close by. The hotel has a very unremarkable store front on the street that easily passed by. The interior is well done and cute. Our room was well suited for our needs as family of four traveling. There is NO A/C and only a small fan provided air for circulation from the windows that barely opened. The hotel has a great location and we lucked into parking right around the corner at the police station for $36 for 18 hours. There are many restaurants close by with a lot of dining options. The brand new park that is just up the river is absolutely fantastic if you have young children. We spent hours there. The staff was nice and the check the fastest I have ever done! Breakfast was nice, but basic. The crepes were a HUGE hit.

Stayed for one night having booked the standard twin room. Initial room room was very small and more a single sized room. Spoke with reception who quickly changed the room to a more appropriate larger room. Good service from reception and quickly resolved our issue. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
Good location close to the castle and lots of restaurants around to choose from. Street parking closeby and a supermarket just down the road.

A nice welcome at check in, spotlessly clean room with a good shower and comfortable bed. Short walk to the railway and bus station, also Örebro Castle within walking diatance.
The hotel provides a very nice self service breakfast which was included.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a room with two single beds, was assigned a room with a double bed. Hotel staff made minimal efforts to rectify the mistake.

It was easy to get to and there was always someone at the front desk to assist you or answer questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable!
