Great location to access marina bay sands and Sentosa island by short, cheap taxi rides. Hotel was clean and well equiped, staff were very helpful and friendly. Stayed in a deluxe family room which was perfect for our family of 4.

The room is big and clean and it’s located right on orchard road. Very convenient to access to the MRT station. It’s fully covered so it doesn’t matter if it’s rain or shine, you can access to the MRT and shopping center connected to it. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

They have complimentary use of the shower room after checking out which was ideal considering the hyper humid weather in Singapore.

We loved the view, the pool, the staff, and the service. The location was excellent. For example, when the duvet cover was completely torn, the staff was there quickly to fix it and left some chocolates as an apology! Unfortunately, I stepped on glass in the hotel room on the last night of our six night stay. We had not brought any glass into the room during those six nights. If the room had been vacuumed properly, this should have been caught. Sadly, I did not give the hotel staff a chance to make up for this error, as our flight out was early the next morning, but I would hope that the hotel invests a little more in their housekeeping to prevent ripped linens and glass in the carpets.
