The staff is very friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast is included. Eagle Beach was right across the street from property with lounge chairs and straw covered huts for shade. The negatives are that the place does not have an elevator and the pool was a major disappointment. Guests must use spiral staircases to get to the 2nd floor. A bit tricky to do carrying luggage. The swimming pool is the size of a large wading pool with the depth only 2 feet deep so actually is a wading pool. Listing the hotel with a pool amenity is deceiving. The only restaurants in walkable distance are the ones located at the larger neighboring hotels and Passions on the Beach. Passions is very nice but requires reservations unless you sit at the bar.

The hotel was very quant & quiet. The staff were exceptional. Beds were very comfortable, i am allergic to feathers and when I mentioned to front desk, they immediately told housekeeping and changed out all the pillows in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing a relaxing getaway.

Nice and quiet, but some nights was nosiy from loud music. Pool is small and nice, but never used it.

Brian was very welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. As first time visitors of Aruba he was very helpful and understanding of our needs. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.
