No cutlery at all in room or crockery.Fridge not stocked except for small milk.Very clean.

Easy access and parking convenient. Quiet and close to town. Noisy airconditioner, bathroom had no heating (quite cold in the evening and morning).

Won’t stay again!!

Room very basic and in need of refurbishment considering what they charge for a room, wouldn’t hurt to have a biscuit in the room. I had a disturbed night with apartment above mine partying in to the early hours and no after hours number to make a complaint.

Hi. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. We are currently renovating the rooms but myself and Scott are renovating them by ourselves. We have renovated 12 rooms thus far, but we are renovating all 50. We also do have an after hours general manager on site at all times. If you call the ibis number, it gets directed through to him and he can assist with any issues you may have.
