Shower door was broken, carpet had a smell and hair was found on my fresh towel.

Island House is conveniently located, and from the outside the aesthetic is decent. The inside could use improvement; the rooms are semi upgraded. Bathrooms are relatively new, but the rooms still have popcorn ceilings, carpet, and box air conditioning. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighboring guest cough.
The staff was very pleasant and friendly, but the Hilton is wasting a superb beachfront property by skimping on the renovations.
