For 4 star hotel I expected a bit better ( floors were dirty , while taking shower water was splashing all over the bathroom floor which can cause risk of slipping and fell putting people in danger ..

big disappointment

I was expecting high class hotel but my disappointment was huge !!! I came for business , booked a suite to find it without internet access. Wifi do not reach the room. then what made me more angry i claimed this to reception dozen times no reply or effort from them to help or find a solution ... Food was lame and too many impolite children playing with food buffet , lot of waiters but not actively checking customers needs. I felt i am in a low rating resort. personel was nice , hotel kind of new, rooms are good. But i wont ever come back to this hotel !!

My staying at the Meridien

The Hotel looks nice but during my stay I didn’t see once the cleaning lady vacuuming my room or the hallway. They used the same piece of material to clean the washroom for every thing and each room. The dust has never been done. Most of the employees were not wearing mask even at the reception. I had to clean all my room myself with some Lysol that I brought with me. Some clients were not wearing mask and the Hotel staff were not doing anything about it. I was very disappointed and concerned, I had my room there but was staying with my friend.
