The desk person when we checked in about 4:30 on 7 June was absolutely fantastic. Very personable and knowledgeable. Made our stay there the best.

Hot breakfast was unattended and lacking. Microwave eggs were poorly cooked and bland. Biscuits were not out. Turkey sausage was not indicated.

Breakfast was great, pool was closed. Lack of elevator was difficult

There was no grab bar in the shower. I was unable to take a shower because I was afraid to fall. I’m 77 years old and have never seen a hotel shower without a grab bar.
