Location was great. Room was good. Support staff was very helpful. Issues: 1. Not getting hot water from geaser even after 15 minutes (only warm) 2. Restaurant needs a bit of improvement interms of serving food.

Breakfast was lacking and was later than all other hotels. The nights were cold. Not enough blankets. Construction was going on. Wifi was hit and miss for FaceTime.

Pathetic service...cold and uncomfortable rooms without temperature control...poor ventilation....far from city....poor room service...overall highly unsatisfied..would not recommend if going with family

Everything is good , except Food , Morning breakfast is good , if restaurant is available we can eat good , hot , ordered food . Thanks , Rami
