We had people above our room the was really loud running back and forth and the sounded like they were moving furniture.

The swimming pool was nice and looked clean, although we didn't have time to use it. There was a lot of dog poop in the grassy areas. Our room smelled badly of smoke and weed.

We had trouble sleeping because it was loud--we could hear noises coming from all around, and the window A/C could not be set to run fan-only to drown it out like we've done in other hotels. The refrigerator didn't work, which we didn't discover until morning when our food came out room-temperature. Also it never got dark in the room because the property lights shine straight into the windows on the opposite side instead of down to the walkway in front of the doors like you'd expect, and the curtains are not adequate to block it out. There were bugs in the windowsill and the bathroom. Also the bathroom was not equipped with shampoo.

Small TV compared to the previous Motel 6 we stayed at but still a good place.
