A helpful manager

Always had a good stay here, been coming for over ten years, have got friends to stay here as well. The manager is always helpfull and last November helped me out over a pre booked reservation with an outside source, but couldnt find any trace, so he said he would phone them up the following day after i had left, and said he would ring me if a problem and sort it out when i came back in February, as he knew me well enough what a helpful person who you can be proud of

Expensive overnight stay

For the price of 170 euros expected a room to be alot bigger and have hairdryer and facilities to heat food, better value at a ibis budget and campanile hotel only 39.00 food onsite and facilities to heat up food. For an overnight stay was an expensive night, not impressed

Simply an overnight stay en route from Marbella to Lytham St.Annes, Lancashire by road. All was fine but we were not impressed by the Restaurant across the way.

Perfect location and a perfect service from the manageress, we had a wonderful trouble free stay with a comfortable good nights sleep before continuing our journey. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff were wonderful!!!

Good base for Atlantic beaches

Pros: Buffet breakfast was excellent especially for ravenous 20 year olds. Bed very comfortable. Shower - a power shower.
Cons: Air con - room very hot.
Location: Very close to Biarritz, Anglet, Bayonne and Capbreton, all good for eating and promenade walking in the evening. Good range of beaches.
Last minute booking proved great value and very convenient for hopping up and down the coast. Went with the intention to body board but waves too strong and beaches too steep for a good session. Beautiful coastline and stunning views. Will certainly go again.

Not as expected

Pros: Not much
Cons: The shower, the discription.
Location: Good beach but you need to drive to it.
The hotel is next to a busy road and the noise disturbed sleep. The shower head was broken. When compared to other places we stayed on the trip this was expensive.
